True Choice America was created to address the increasingly, unstable pharmacy networks utilized by PBM’s across the country. In the past few years many large health plans, employer groups, and Trust Funds have had their pharmacy networks interrupted because of reasons out of their control.
These interruptions have caused significant issues and increased costs for both the members and the health plans. In many cases these interruptions involves major chains such as Walgreens or CVS. Additionally, many of our large clients are concerned that they may not be receiving the best rate that their PBM has negotiated with the retail pharmacies.
